Enjoyed ‘120 BPM’ and want to get involved? Join the NHS Anti-Swindle Team – May 1st!

If you don’t want an American style private healthcare system, the time to act is now.

The NHS Anti-swindle team are looking for creative activists and mischief makers to save the NHS from the ongoing destruction at the hands of corporate privatisation.

Our National Health Service is in crisis. From PFI contracts, staff shortages, fragmented services, increased waiting lists, limited resources and serious issues around quality of care. Jeremy Hunt and his band of cronies have overseen the biggest sell off of our NHS with billions of pounds of tax-payers money flowing into the offshore accounts of private companies.

Calling all Creative Avengers! On July 5th, 2018 the NHS will be 70 years old. We plan to celebrate its anniversary, by creating a series of creative ‘Actions’ that will expose what the Government is doing, and push back against privatization!

Performers! Fancy making a song and dance about the neo-liberal assault on our waning health services?

Artists! Think you have an idea that we can use, or help you to develop? Perhaps you are creating work about healthcare already?

Puppeteers! Help us show the politicians and bureaucrats as the grotesque corporate puppets they actually are!

Activists and artists of every variety, we need you to ready to form regular public flash mobs. Provocative direct-action now!

JOIN US!!! Whatever your skill set or level of expertise, we have projects for you to get involved with.

Come to our launch event on Monday May 1st 6:30pm at the Live Art Development Agency, The Garrett Centre, 117A Mansford Street, London E2 6LX – nearest tube – Bethnal Green – venue is fully accessible
